주. 조선인민군 단위부대들은 부여된 임무과업을 달성하기 위하여 막대한 사상자가 예상되며 허용된다는 군사리론적기대밑에 행동할수 있다. 막대한 사상자를 받아들이는 이러한 태도는 지정된 단위부대가 재조직되거나 재편성될 때까지 후속임무과업의 효과적인 수행을 막을수 있다.
